The Payton Alexander Foundation is dedicated to funding vital Ewing Sarcoma cancer research and supporting granting wishes through the Make-A-Wish Foundation, offering support to cancer families through their most difficult moments, and empowering students through the Payton Alexander Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Together, we’re walking to raise hope, fuel research, and make a meaningful difference—one step at a time.
